BART open data initiative: 2007

Dmitri: DC doesn't control transit, but did implement open source, open data for circulator bus system. Where Is My Bus? Shows distance but not time. Weak app but to get the ball rolling. Later, an iphone developer built a better app.

Has the DC app store driven usage? Not really.
